Is there any WP plugin where I can count the promotional post shared in facebook under a registered(WP site) user 'A'?

Again I want to count how many FB friends of user ‘A’ click the promotional post and register to the WP site. Suppose user ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ registered to the site under user ‘A’ by clicking the promotional of user A in FB.

And Then individually count the shared promotional post of user ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ in FB?
