Post this release, you now have the option to restrict the number of responses for a question. You can also limit the number of characters in an answer.
Before upgrading to 3.7.4 please make sure you take a complete backup of your site including the database in case anything goes wrong.
To upgrade, delete the old plugin and theme and upload the new one from the zip.
